Baird bay
Baird Bay is a small coastal village on South Australia’s beautiful Eyre Peninsula, approximately 1 hour 45 minutes from Ceduna and 3 to 3.5 hours from Port Lincoln.
By Air
Fly from Adelaide to either:
Ceduna (approximately 90 minutes)
Port Lincoln (approximately 55 minutes)
Daily services are available with regional airlines, with car hire available at both airports.
By Road
From Ceduna: about 158km, allow approximately 1 hour 45 minutes via the Eyre Highway, Flinders Highway and Baird Bay Road.
Take the National Hwy A1/Eyre Hwy east, turn right onto the B100/Flinders Hwy and travel approximately 128km until you reach Baird Bay Road, turn right. Travel approximately 30km to your destination.
From Port Lincoln: about 280km, allow approximately 3 to 3.5 hours via the Flinders Highway, Calca Bluff Road and Baird Bay Road.
Take the B100/Flinders Hwy north-west out of the city centre, travel for approximately 248km until you reach Calca Bluff Road, turn left. Travel approximately 20km and turn left onto Baird Bay Road and travel approximately 12.5km to your destination.
